Darrel Carter worked security at the Charleston Civic Center at the time.  Darrel Carter is part of a Grand Larceny Fraud scheme to steal the land and accumulated generational wealth from my family.  Darrel Carter is being assisted by the St. Albans Police, South Charleston Police, Kanawha County Police, the West Virginia State Police, and the Kanawha County Magistrate Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme was hatched by Gary Marvin Chandler, a coal miner from Boone County and Paul David Mitchell, a felonious fellow of the Langsville Ohio countryside to murder Franklin Delbert Mitchell for his land and money and to bribe the law enforcement infrastructure and to use the educational infrastructure of the State of West Virginia to defame and disparage the descendants and inheritors to the Estate of Franklin Delbert Mitchell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was involuntarily intoxicated in Charleston, West Virginia by the West Virginia National Guard member Darrel Carter and taken to a Trans Siberian Orchestra concert.
